Zaqat provides tools and features to help users organize financial information and perform zakat-related calculations and workflows. Features may rely on third-party integrations (including Plaid) and are subject to availability and third-party terms.

• If you connect financial accounts, you authorize us and integration partners (such as Plaid) to access and process required data.
• Your use of integrated services may be subject to additional third-party terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for accuracy, availability, or actions of third-party institutions or providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law.
• Upload malicious code or abuse/overload the Service with automation.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUMMER SLICE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summer Slice LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law.
• Provisions that should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.
